Prior to joining Amborella Law, Michael advised clients in matters ranging from corporate structuring and estate planning to civil litigation. He has served as lead counsel in trials and hearings, representing both global corporations and fast-growing startups. His ability to navigate high-stakes disputes, assess legal risk, and advocate with clarity is rooted in years of hands-on courtroom experience.
Michael began his legal career at a national Am Law 100 firm, where he supported financial restructuring and litigation teams on business-critical matters. He has independently managed more than 30 active cases, tried cases before the U.S. District Court, and negotiated favorable outcomes in trademark and contract disputes. His time at Polsinelli PC sharpened his expertise in business litigation and intellectual property issues within bankruptcy contexts, while earlier roles at boutique firms refined his skills in client communication and courtroom advocacy.
Michael holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he earned honors for his trial advocacy and oral argument. He also completed a certification in international law at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from the University of Arizona.
