Roxanna Robertson is the Managing Director of Amborella Law, bringing more than a decade of litigation, compliance, and creditors’ rights experience across complex, high-volume legal environments. In her leadership role, she oversees the firm’s legal strategy, operational execution, and client service initiatives.

Before joining Ambarella Law, Roxanna spent ten years as a Senior Associate Attorney at Clerkin, Sinclair & Mahfouz LLP, where she managed large-scale auto, property fire, and product liability claims. Her work spanned end-to-end case development, motion practice, trial preparation, and strategic litigation management for carriers and corporate clients.

Roxanna’s background also includes leadership in compliance and creditors’ rights litigation. She previously developed Texas-specific litigation and compliance strategies in alignment with CFPB, FDCPA, and Texas DCPA standards, managed statewide litigation portfolios, and advised financial institutions and creditors on regulatory and operational risk.

Roxanna earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law and holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Applied Anthropology from the University of North Texas.
