
Taylor McGrew is an attorney at Amborella Law, where she focuses on commercial litigation and complex dispute resolution. She brings experience managing high-volume litigation matters, overseeing case strategy, and supporting clients through all stages of the litigation process. Taylor works closely with legal teams and clients to ensure matters progress efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on preparation, analysis, and procedural precision.
Prior to joining Amborella Law, Taylor served as Lead Commercial Attorney at Gurstel Law Firm, where she managed a large portfolio of California commercial litigation matters. In that role, she oversaw more than 130 active cases across California superior courts, regularly appearing for case management conferences, motion hearings, trial readiness proceedings, depositions, and trial. Earlier in her career, she held associate attorney positions at Fisher Phillips LLP, The Burgess Law Group, and The Molino Law Firm, where she developed experience across civil litigation, employment law, and regulatory matters in both Arizona and California, advising businesses on compliance issues, managing a litigation caseload, and supporting matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour claims, and contractual disputes.
Taylor earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminology & Criminal Justice and Sociology from Arizona State University.
